Terms of Service
Every engagement with JEM is subject to operational safety standards, documented customer authorization, and clear transaction guidelines.
Towing & Recovery
Mechanical Repairs
Salvage Parts Sales
Equipment & Rentals
Emergency towing and recovery dispatches require valid vehicle registration, owner authorization, and prompt payment of dispatch, mileage, and standard storage yard fees.
All mechanical and collision repair work begins after written or recorded client estimate approval, warranting workmanship for thirty days or one thousand miles.
Recycled automotive parts are thoroughly inspected prior to sale, supplied with standard thirty-day exchange privileges, and exclude unapproved third-party installation labor costs.
Vehicle and equipment rentals necessitate a valid commercial or driver license, active insurance verification, security deposit clearance, and timely return in originating condition.
Liability & Governing Law
JEM maintains comprehensive garage-keepers and commercial transport coverage. However, customers remain accountable for personal property left inside towed or repaired vehicles. Our total liability under any service contract shall not exceed the fees invoiced and received for that individual service.
All contracts, transactions, and service disputes are governed by the statutory laws of the State of Idaho. Any formal legal proceedings arising from service work, salvage transactions, or rental agreements must be resolved within the appropriate district court in Kootenai County.
